Week 4: Day 1 - Weigh in Day 3
I didn’t lose any weight this week, but I didn’t put any on either. I suppose I’m OK with that after my week of being paranoid about putting the whole 9lbs back on!
I didn’t do enough exercise this week. A lot of the time I was too busy, but the rest of the time, I couldn’t be arsed, so that definitely needs to change next week. I did have a night out with my old uni friends, rescue a missing kitten, go to the cinema and buy a car, so I’ve not exactly been twiddling my thumbs!
I spent a bit of time this morning going back over my stats for the past couple of weeks. I have quite consistently been going over my allocated points and making up for it towards the end of the week with a couple of really light days. As of now, I’m making a concerted effort to eat my points (or less) and no more each day.
My goals for next week are to exercise more and eat less, but then again, thats always the goal, isn’t it?!
